Darul Ilm is built upon the efforts of people who generously give their time, skills and energy for the benefit of our children and community.
وَاللَّهُ فِي عَوْنِ الْعَبْدِ مَا كَانَ الْعَبْدُ فِي عَوْنِ أَخِيهِ

Whether you can support us regularly or occasionally, volunteering at Darul Ilm is an opportunity to contribute towards the Islamic education of the next generation and, inshaAllah, earn reward from Allah.
How CAN I help?
There are many ways you can support Darul Ilm, including:

Classroom Support – Assisting teachers and supporting students during lessons.

Qur'an Support – Listening to students read and helping them practise.

Events & Activities – Helping organise and run Madrassah events, celebrations and activities.

Administration – Supporting with organisation, printing, records and other administrative tasks.

Media & Design – Helping with photography, video, graphic design or digital content.

Technical Support – Assisting with our website, technology and digital platforms.

General Support – Helping with setting up classrooms, organising resources and other practical tasks.
We also welcome volunteers who have other skills that could benefit the Madrassah.
How Much Time Do I Need to Give?
We understand that everyone has different commitments.
Some volunteer roles, particularly those involving direct classroom or student support, require consistent availability of approximately 4 hours per week.
However, we also have flexible volunteering opportunities for those who are unable to commit every week. You may be able to support us occasionally, during particular events, or with specific projects.
Whether you can offer regular support or help from time to time, we would love to hear from you and explore how your skills and availability could benefit Darul Ilm.
